Family and friends are very important.   Since we live throughout Oregon and parts of Washington and California,  pictures, telephone, and internet are important links during the times when we can't be physically together.  The following pictures are not only for internet viewers, but it also is a page where family and friends can visit.  We change the pictures often, depending on what is going on in our lives.

Dollie is going to be 103 years old on February 25, 2008.  She has lived with her niece, Karen, for five years.  Until a few years ago,  she enjoyed doing puzzles, playing video games, and sharing stories of her life in Alaska and as a young girl growing up in a family of eleven children.  Karen's father, Kelly, was the baby of the group.  Aunt Dollie has outlived all of her siblings and most of her friends.  Currently, Karen's son David and Fonda help care for her. 

Dollie is wearing her lucky casino cap.  Here she is 98 yrs. old.  Along with her hat, she wears her lucky tennis shoes (any coins she finds, she puts in the shoes and wears them when she gambles).	Dollie took over Baby, our very first poodle when she came to live with us.  Baby slept with her and sat by her when she ate to catch any leftovers "accidentally dropped" by Dollie. Recently, Baby went over the Rainbow, she is missed by all of us.
Dollie and her mother made this quilt together over 60 yrs ago.  It is hanging in my living room for all to admire. The flowers in the squares are state flowers.	Hauns is Karen's youngest son with Dollie and his significant other, Soni.

Cindy is my eldest of six children; she has five children and five grandchildren. She went back to school and obtained her nurses' license.	David & Fonda live on the property and help care for Aunt Dollie.  He is the trout fisherman around here.

Fonda helps with Aunt Dollie, the poodles, and is the creative one that sews the poodle fancy pants, etc.	Mark, David's son, lives in California.  We don't get to see him as often as we'd like.
Debbie lives in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband and two daughters.	Tim has three children.
Tim & Toni recently moved back to Oregon from California so I'm hoping to see more of his family.	Hauns is the youngest of my six children.   He lives in Hillsboro, Oregon with Soni and her son, Skylar.
Heidi has four children and lives in the suburb of Portland.	Nick, Josiah, Brandon are three of my grandsons. They have fun in my hot tub.
Vanessa is the new owner of Dudley, one of my poodles.	Jeremy, Terina, & my great grandchild

Lorene & Bill Ludwig with Lorene's Sister, Eloise.  All of them are looking great in their 90's.
