About: Sissy is our black/white partigirl.  Her legal name is Savannah Belle.  She is a tiny toy, but thinks she is a big girl.  She has spunk, yet everyone falls for  her loving personality.  Sissy is one of Fonda's UKC champions (See brags). She is a spoiled family member who has had her one and only litter with Cappy and is now retired and enjoying it.
